Last seen back in 2021, it now appears that Sacai will be releasing more Nike LDWaffle releases in 2023. This time around, Chitose Abe is giving the popular runner a brand new woven makeover.
This offering of the Sacai x Nike Waffle arrives in a clean “White” color blocking, making them perfect for the summer months. It ditches its usual mesh and synthetic build for a full patchwork, woven material in a checkerboard pattern, even included broken-up Swooshes on the sides. Other details includes traditional double-layered eyestays, tongues, and laces with co-branded tongue labels, heels, and insoles. A White midsole atop a Gum rubber outsole completes the design. The shoe will also come with extra set of laces housed in co-branded packaging.
